The customer wants its parking lot system to have the following basic hardware configurations:

ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system: used for automatic identification and recording of vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot without manual intervention.

Automatic barrier gate equipment: to realize automatic vehicle entry and exit control and improve the efficiency of passage.

Parking ticket system: for billing management, payment, report generation and other functions, supporting integration with other systems.

Customer parking lot use scene and background
The client has a medium-sized parking lot with about 120 tenants (stores). The parking lot mainly serves visiting customers and employees of shops, and has a large daily traffic flow, which requires a stable and efficient management system.

Parking Billing and Discount Rules
The client wants the parking system to have the following billing logic:

Tenant Customer Discount: Any customer who spends money in the tenant’s store can enjoy the first hour of free parking, and after more than one hour, they will be billed according to the normal rate.

No-consumption customers: If they do not consume in any store, the whole process will be executed according to the standard billing rules without any discount.

The system supports consumption verification by the tenant, automatically matches with the parking time, realizes the function of discount write-off, and ensures easy operation and prevents abuse.
